Comments:

A best guess on how Fredericksburg and Richmond POPs are interconnectioned. It would seem the two are connected via leased Wiltel/MCI fiber that runs along CSX trackage between Rt. 1 and I-95. This theory is supported by the lack of Sprint fiber markers leaving Richmond or along the CSX trackage in Fredericksburg. Futhermore a Lightnet/Wiltel/MCI CEV is found next to the Sprint Fredericksburg POP along with Wiltel/MCI markers. A similar situation can be found along the Mississippi Gulf Coast where the Sprint Biloxi POP is fed by MCI (exWiltel) fiber.
