Comments:

Route meanders through the Virginia countryside along Rt. 301 outside of Richmond and into Maryland. It is unknown how the fiber connects back to Level3's Reston switch. Route seems to indicate the fiber goes from Maryland and into Washington, D.C. proper. This is counter to published maps which show the fiber never leaving Virginia before it hits Washington, D.C.

Super big thanks go out to Noah G. for finding the Dahlgren regenerator. Level3 has frustrated the Telebeans staff to no end. It seems the staff have driven around the ILA site several times...
