Comments:

This POP is difficult to find since its a CEV. Thankfully, its right off of the CSX rail tacks next to Sprint's Fredericksburg POP (warning slightly large picture). This POP also appears to have quite a history behind it having changed hands atleast three time. The power meter documents the Lightnet/Wiltel/MCI chain of ownership.
