Baltimore, MD - Perryman, MD POP to switch route

Comments:
A very facility heavy route connecting the POP and switch/POP in Baltimore
to the long distance switch and major internet POP in Harford County (called
Perryman but nowhere near the town).
The POP at 1220 S. Howard St. is actually under Howard Street and across the
trains tracks from the Ravens stadium. There is another unknown carriers POP
within eye shot of the facility and a few blocks south is the abandonded POP
for PF.net (Velocita). Howard St.
also appears to be shared with Sprint.
