Salisbury, MD - Dover, DE lightguide spur route

Comments:
Spur route off of the Camden, NJ to Dranesville, VA main fiber optic route.
Spur goes through two junctions and may actually end up going to Baltimore. POP
at Salisbury is exceptional in that it has backhaul via both fiber optic cable
(running N/S along Norfolk Southern trackage toward Wilmington) and active
digital microwave to Baltimore via microwave POPs in Wye Mills and Arnold.
Regulatory documents indicate that Sprint also makes use of the AT&T
Salisbury POP (this is not uncommon, Sprint is also colocated at MCI's
Baltimore POP).
