Wireline regulatory data
Updated: 01/09/2006
Below are links to various regulatory and wholesale resources and network
information release to the public by the carriers listed below. Most of this
information is required (in varying levels of details) by the FCC under
sections 51.321(h), 51.329(a), 51.333(a) and others of 47CFR51 (mostly
51.325-51.335), subpart D. Other data comes from various
publicly accessable information contained on various CLEC
and wholesale webpages and other misc. informational data directly filed with
or collected by the F.C.C. While the information linked below is detailed it
is not as detailed, complete or accurate the information contained in Bellcore
(Telecordia)'s LERG or BIRRDS databases (both are probably SM or TM's of
Telcordia and are mentioned only for the purpose of
identification not affiliation).
It should be noted that LERG contains much much more information than humble
offerings contained in the links below. It should also be noted the
any individual may purchase a single issues of LERG for $850.
This page only links to publicly accessable information, specifically pages
containing documents not marked as proprietry. Why some
carries leave proprietry documents in the open is beyond me...
