Rather funky looking CO located in a *very* rough section of southern Richmond. Inside parking lot is an AT&T fiber optic regenerator facility. Also, while a 1AESS is a rare find this is probably NOT a typo in regulatory filings. There are atleast two other 1AESSes in service. One is located at the Granby St. CO in Norfolk and the other is in the process of being decomissioned at the Petersburg CO.
