I know the picture sucks. Its not an easy office to compose! I'll try again in the fall from a different spot. This office was also the subject of some SCC fights between Bell Atlantic and Cavalier Telephone. CavTel wanted to have the office reclassified from FCC density zone 2/3 to 1 go get cheaper prices (I think UNE-P) on resold lines. Bell said no, this area still qualified as "rural". Rural is an odd classicifaction when one is sitting in a lengthy traffic back up at the intersection infront of this office. I suppose thats irony in action!
