KMC seems to have lost the 697 exchanges as the meet point was present in August data (08/29/2000) and then gone in Octobers release (10/17/2000). The KMC entry is being left here for historical completeness. More than likely this was backhaul point for KMC's Roanoke switch.

The 770 exchange used to be assigned to BLBGVABBDS0 but has now ended up on BLBGVAB0W01, an ACTL. It is assumed the BO is a miss spelling and under that assumption BLBGVABOW01 is being placed here.
