Exchanges are broken up between Cavalier East, L.L.C. - VA (4155) Cavalier East, L.L.C. - DC (4249) and Cavalier East, L.L.C. - MD (4820) but hosted off of the same switch, hence the consolidated exchange summary in the switch section. Many of these exchanges probably came from the defunct Net2000 Communications who was purchased by Cavalier Telephone back in the early 2000s. Net2000 was more famous for placing their suburban switches inside major electrical substations. Originally Net2000 also shared this office with Arbros Communications but I am not sure what happened to them.
